👍

- Graphics (duh)
- Realism
- IA
- more then 6 iA-drivers

👎

- Penalty system. its irritating and a blinking car is not so realistic. :yuck:
- I know its a Demo. but for 40€ they could easy give some more circuits.
- London track
- always rolling starts (i hope they change it in the GT5 game. i want cars on a grid!)

The London track is in itself fine, and is actually great IF you can play with people who actually "drives".

As it is stands the London track online is literally like a WWF cage fight.

when i play with people i know (great drivers all of them :D) London track actually gains another perspective :) it can provides some close, close racing
:sly:
oh and fuji does have a standing start 👍

I don't like rolling starts either. I like everything else, and await NA release eagerly after playing Japanese version for 3 months. GTTV and english news, yay!

I love the London track, online and offline. I had a, well not great because in the end I got owned, but very clean race against an R35 in my Brera. Normally the cheaters are on Suzuka, especially beause they can run you into the sand. I try and do most my racing at London and/or Eiger.

No, he means that there are so many non-racing gt5 players who just keep on bashing the drivers in front of them into the barriers, usualy leaving the victims behind with a penalty, the system always seems to leave me behind with a penalty for ramming whilt I was the one being rammed, yesterday 3 times in a row while driving in front of the pack, 1st corner, on the brakes, bang, straight ahead with time penalty. On London that's just deadly, you'll never be able to catch up again. Tracks like that only make sense if you combine them with a standing start and having to qualify for the race (or determine in another smart way who drives the fastest everage laptimes)

I love the London track now that I'm used to it, but I guess the fact I'm unable to get online and play it online is probably part of the reason... Eh well...

Rolling start wise, I'd expect the races in GT5 to be mostly grid starts with some rolling starts, I doubt they'd be all rolling. And the less said about the penalty system the better...

I wonder why everyone ignores my posts here  Back in GT4 everyone listens.
Anyway, about London, I've raced there numerous times and strangely enough have never been rammed there, wierd huh? 2 guys tried to ram me but both missed.
The only thing I'm confused about is why I'm going slower than others at times. I know my car has enough to keep up with others in a straight line, then I'm there taking perfect racing line and all while they're smashing from side to side of the track and yet I can't catch up, wtf?

Their smashing from side to side can be caused by their (slow) internet connection. They just suffer from lag, that's why they smash around, in fact, I've been overtaken by cars running through the kitty litter on Suzuka several times now, creates a big smile (frustrated) on my face! But then again, that way I'm not smashed off by them :-)

So as far as they can tell they are going straight? Wouldn't that also mean I am the one with the slow connection (which I'm pretty sure I am)

Could be, if that's allways the case than I don't understand why I'm almost always (99% of the time) host of the races I do and still see some (not all) cars smashing from side to side.

Wierd, all I know is in a 1-on-1 race the competitor looks fairly damn smooth where I'm sitting. 1-on-1 races are the best, you can have a clean bout and not worry about hoodlums.

He was obviously joking
