Hi!

I could´nt find pics of the tuned cars in GT5P.

Especially the "Concept by Gran Turismo"-cars.

Are this special wide bodykits/spoiler on these cars?

Would love to put wide bodykits on each car in the Full GT5!!!

Personally i think the whole rice thing should be left to need for speed (or need for rice rather) but to answer your question yes quite a few concept by gt cars do have a wide body kit. I think the US GT5 site actually has thumbnails and pictures of all the cars in the game.

Wide body kits does not mean "rice" or "all show and no go", these kits are needed to accommodate wider tires with proper aerodynamics which relate to better performance.

Yes while true on jgtc cars and many other race cars those kinds of cars are so far from the original car that a wide body kit on the street car may make the car look like the race counterpart it is still a far stretch from it. Really most people in games who want a wide body on their car don't get it to improve performance. However I'm all for race versions of some cars especially if they really exist but external appearance customisation is one of the lower things on my want list for gt5.
 
In the end it is a driving simulator...so whilst I think all these gary-boys and ricers are complete pillocs there's really no reason why body kits of a slightly more extreme side shouldn't make it in. If they're optional, no one would hold a gun to your head and order you to put it on your car would they? Not to mention it would increase the fan base, and it's not like we have to worry too much about PD coming on to forums and actually listening to people.

Yes there are widebody kits on some of the cars, off the top of my head there's a widened Cappucino, Evo IX and Lotus Elise.
