GT5's Audio Format?

Hi All,

Is DTS HD the only audio output format GT5 processes? My home theater system does the standard DTS, not the HD format. Lots of time when navigating to different screens the sound cuts off and I have to cycle my system back to my HDMI source to get the sound back. Am I the only one having this problem? Are there other audio formats GT5 can use?

The audio format changes depending on what your PS3's audio output settings are. So go tweak the PS3's audio settings in the XMB and see what works for you.

But I thought when you automatically let the PS3 detect your sound settings it chooses the formats your system is compatible with. Is that not correct?

Never mind Im an idiot. I figured it out. I now have Dolby Digital 5.1 only selected. My system does not process DTS very well. Time to upgrade i guess. Thanx anyway!
