Are PD making up the numbers? I mean what is the difference between an 05 and 06 Ford GT??

Maybe it'll have more colors(more stripe options) and Different rims than the 06 Ford GT? From what i can tell there's not a significant difference between them but i could be wrong though.

I've said this so many times today, but its PD being pointless to try and make the game seem like it has more cars. Its like the two Suzuki Swifts in GT5, one had a different engine option I believe, but the rest of it was exactly the same.

I'm not sure if the Ford GT came with a different engine over the years but the shell will be the same.

PD will clearly never stop duplicating cars, even if Kaz says he is aware there are too many. They just can't help themselves.

To be fair, they removed the stripe and nostripe versions. Or maybe they just merged them, don't know.

But it comes out as a new car for GT6 when clearly we had 2 originally 1 standard 1 premium, so now we have 3 plus the 2 or 3 racing versions, this is ridiculous.

Also what's with the sarcasm? It's just a question. And no I am not new to the series.

I had the same question, after searching and only finding this thread on the subject l decided to find out
So l bought a 2005 Ford GT red with white stripes, ( no not the band YUK!!!), and a 2006 Ford GT yellow with black stripes
Aside from that they are same weight, same HP, same price, both premium,
Except the 05 is 44/56 F/R weight balance, and the 06 is 47/53 weight balance
To get 50/50, the 05 needs 185kg, while the 06 only needs 99kg
