THIS IS A IDEA I HAVE SO FAR, MORE EDITING AND THOUGHT NEEDS TO BE ADDED.COMMENT BELOW IF YOU ARE INTERESTED OR IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS/IDEAS. I WILL MAKE A FACEBOOK PAGE IF THERE IS A BIG RESPONSE. WE WOULD ALSO BE INTERESTED IN SOMEONE WITH A YOUTUBE ACCOUNT AND A PVR TO RECORD THE RACING. COMMENTARY WOULD BE A BONUS.

Green: When the green flag is used it will operate with the start/re-start of the race, after a caution period or after a yellow flag period.
Yellow: The yellow flag will operate when there is a collision or a caution. This flag is to notify other drivers there has been an incident, drivers are advised to slow down and be aware.
Blue: The blue will is used to notify a driver that a car behind them has a much faster pace and is overlapping. When the blue flag is being used the race official will write in the group chat "BLUE: (Drivers name here)". This notifies the driver to allow room for the car to overlap.
Black: Black flags should hardly be used. If required the race official will write in the group chat "BLACK: (Drivers name here)". This notifies the driver that they have been given a drive through penalty. The driver is to go into the pits and are required NOT to change tyres or put fuel in as it does not count as a pit stop. The driver MUST complete this drive through penalty the on the next lap. If the driver does not complete the drive through penalty on the next lap he/she is will be disqualified and the drivers race result will be counted as DNF.

HOW QUALIFYING WILL OPERATE:

-Qualifying runs the same way as a 'ShootOut'. One car at a time is selected at random to complete its qualifying lap times. Once the car has been selected it is to enter the track and have 1 warm up lap once the car has completed that lap it has 1 lap to complete a flying lap. Once Drivers have completed a flying lap the car must return to the pits and is not permitted to enter the track. Once all cars have completed there qualifying laps, the lap time recorded by each car will be used. This will determine the grid which will be from Fastest lap time to the slowest lap time.

HOW THE SAFETY CAR AND RACE OFFICIAL WILL OPERATE:

Race start: All cars will be called to go to the track, host will start the race. Once the race starts cars are to wait till the safety car is at the front of the field. Cars will slowly gather into grid positions in a single file. The safety car will operate at 100km/ph. Once all cars are in the required grid positions that they qualified the safety car will lead the field in a single file to complete a warm up lap while maintaining grid positions. When all cars have finished 1 warm up lap they are to continue the single the safety car will reduce the speed to 80km/ph to get the field close again.be on stand by in the centre of the track at the fourth last corner where he will operate at 80km/ph. This will allow time for cars to formate into a 2x2 formate at 80km/ph. The safety car will accelerate to the pits when the field is at the last corner before the pit entry. All cars are to allowed to increase there speed to a steady pace of 100km/ph. Cars are allowed to accelerate to race pace once the race official calls the green flag.

Yellow flag period:If two or more race cars are to make contact and spin out the race will be a yellow flag, cars are NOT to overtake during a yellow flag period. The safety car will be alerted and exit the pits and wait for the car leading the field. The safety car will then lead the car coming first around the track at 90km/ph in a single file while the other race cars bunch up. NOTE Cars are to stay in the order they where in before the yellow flag. This will mean that the classes will be mixed together. Once all cars have regathered in a single file at 90km/ph the safety car will accelerate from the field at the second last corner while keeping to the left staying away from the field. Cars are allowed to accelerate at race pace while keeping the single file until reaching the start/finish line.

Caution period: If a car is heavily damaged they must keep to the opposite side of the racing line at a slow pace to keep out of the way of faster cars. A safety car will be deployed and will catch up to heavily damaged car. Once the safety car has caught up he will remain behind you as a escort and to notify other drivers that there is a slow car. Once the car has regained the car can accelerate off, the safety car will drive back to the pits while remaining out of the way of the racing line.

Race official: A professional race official will also be monitoring the race. The race officials role is to hand out penalties, conduct the green flag, blue flag, yellow flag and black black. He also is there to stop teams from cheating.

RULES:

-If a player disconnects in the middle of a race, this will be considered as a mechanical failure, and classified as DNF. He may not re-join the race.

-In case of a server disconnect, the race will be restarted with the same grid order.

-Crashing into other cars on purpose will get you a penalty.

-Blocking cars is not allowed. Drivers are not to go out of there way just to hold there position. Penalties will be given.

-Cars are ONLY to use Alloy coloured wheels or Black coloured wheels.

-Each car is to not share the same car colour as any other car in its class.

-In racing, opponent awareness is extremely important. As lapped cars won’t be “transparent” we ask that slower class drivers don’t block or make sudden moves to get out of the way of cars that are over lapping you. Just stay in your line, as predictable as possible and the driver overtaking will work their way around you.

-Cars that don't stay in grid order when required will be disqualified.

-To have a fair race we ask all drivers to tune there car to what we requested. This does not include Class B as they will be running the Renault Sport Megane trophy base model 2011. Any cars found to be cheating will be disqualified. Further action will be taken.

-Microphones are to be turned off when cars are on track

PENALTIES:
Corner cutting: +10 Seconds
Crashing into cars On purpose: +25 Seconds
Blocking: +10 Seconds
Disobeying blue flag: + 10 Seconds
