GT6 how to turn on weather

Im in the international B races and I have not play a weather besides clear/sunny day and night.
I thought gt6 was suppose to incorporate weather?? Is there a setting I have to change? I know I can change when your doing free run but not in career mode.

You can only change the weather/time settings in Arcade Mode. The weather/time are automatically preset in career races.
