"Qualifying Round of the GT6 Photomode Tournament PMC Season 02.
As always it's an open theme for the Qualifying Round so you can shoot anything, anywhere you like. So now it's time to take your best shot to qualify and make it into the Tournament rounds. Good luck to all." :)

LOCATIONS: Any
PHOTOTRAVEL: Yes
UNIQUE RESTRICTIONS: None

Please remember all entries are to remain anonymous throughtout the tournament.

Please, ensure you read and understand all requirements for this competition. Failure to follow the rules may result in disqualification.

This Thread will answer many possible questions you may have.
All entries must be submitted by Private Conversation to the host Nato_777. Please, fill in the following form:

Private Conversation Requirements:
Title: Photomode Tournament Final Entry;
Subject: Image in either thumbnail/preview with link to the full size, the full size image or just a link to the full size.

Entry Requirements:
  • It is recommended you host your image on GTPlanet, ImageShack, Photobucket or Flickr;
  • Flickr users must set their image to private. As entries are to be anonymous all entries must have the privacy turned on.
  • Your entry may consist of the image in either thumbnail/preview with a link to the full size, the full size image or just a link to the full size;
  • One entry per user. It must be your own work, and never previously used in a competition;
  • Do not use a photo that you have already posted elsewhere in the forums or post your photo shoot in your Gallery until after the Round and Poll has closed;
  • Do not ask other users to choose your entry;
  • Absolutely no hybrid, hacked cars, or cars obtained through such means;
  • Entries may not be changed after submitting;
  • All entries within the rules will go into the poll;
  • The Host may ask for the original image and it must be submitted if so;
  • It's recommended to save the original image (preferably in-game) until week's ends;

Editing:
  • No post-GT6 editing, besides proportional resizing and rotating, is allowed.

I'll have a crack at this since I've gained motivation to come back to GT6 photomode from a spell taking pictures elsewhere.
 
Okay I will close the Qualifying Round in around two hours time.

After which I have a lot of images to upload and sort out for the poll (45 so far).
This means that we have enough entries to add another bracket to the Tournament so the top 32 voted entries will progress through to Round One.​

Wow!!! We didn't even have this many for the first GT6 tournament!!! :eek: :D

Great turnout, almost double of GT5! The word got out, hope to see some old pros and all the new rookies too! 👍 Tournament time is such fun! :)
 
I wanted to enter this comp, but everything with school keeps me away from the PS3. :guilty:

Still, I wish good luck to all of the contestants, and I'll see you in the 2.0 Tourneys! :)👍

Thank you for your afford! I'm really looking forward to this as a rookie to this tournament. Hopefully I can match the (raw) quality needed to enter this tournament! I'm certainly very interested in seeing the work of the artist here at gtplanet.

Can't wait for the poll! Its gonna be like Bump and Pole Day at the Indy 500 in here, and I'm excited about it! :gtpflag:
 
I can't wait to see the poll as well. I would be freaking amazed if I made it past the Qualifying Round.
