It's not a good idea to install all 20 updates in one go. Earlier versions of GT6 had an issue where updates would not install if you tried to install all of them at once. Your best bet is to delete all of the updates, and start again. Once you get to 1.07, let them install ingame. After this, you'll need to update everything one at a time until you get to 1.13. After this, it's safe to install everything at once. It's time consuming, but it works.
As a side note, it took me 6 hours to do the install the "slow" way. It's a mystery as to why they did not update the method which GT6 installs updates when this issue started happening...expecting users to glitch their way through the game install is asking quite a lot.
Thanks guys I will let you know if it works I made a deal with a friend if I beat him on the Nurburgring I get all his games and money so I'll do what ever it takes to get GT6 up and running.
