GT7 audio delay on all inputs since yesterday — anyone else?

Since yesterday I’ve had a weird issue where sound is delayed on basically every input — gear changes, menu clicks, all of it feels like the audio is lagging half a second behind the action.

The odd part: it’s isolated to GT7 specifically. Movies, Apple TV, YouTube, everything else on the PS5 is perfectly in sync. No PS5 system update happened around when this started, and I haven’t touched any sound settings that I know of.

Setup: PS5 Pro, Sony HT-A9000 soundbar via eARC, Sony Bravia 8 II.

Already tried: checking audio sync offset, hasn’t helped so far. Closing the game fixes the problem fot a couple of minutes.

Does it persist after giving the console a restart?
