Great stuff 👍
I can now tick off 4 out of 5 bought yesterday.

You'll need to start the FH6 page soon

Hi, I have noticed there are some engine swaps missing, the Merc A45 for example.
Due to lack of filtering options in the game I use your site often to filter my cars, including tracking engine swaps.
Could you possible update them please?

Also, your site is awesome, been using it for years!

Thank you.

I updated the list today with both new and missing Engine Swaps :

The last few minutes & yesterday for hours I had repeated problems getting the kudosprime pages to load, mostly GT6 & GT5, via google. Now that I entered via other links than the main page & then onto the sub-categories I had no problems. If I'm the only one experiencing this issues then just forget this message, since mostly it seems to be a reloading issue or wrong links issue.
If it appears again I shall post the problems here.

Edit: there seems to be persistent problems loading any page on the GT7 list so you better fixit, @Milouse

I have had the same difficulties accessing the site since yesterday.
However, I am sure @Milouse is aware of it, since the new GT7 cars usually go up straight after the update but that hasn't happened yet.
We just have to be patient and wait until it's sorted.

EDIT: The site seems to be loading properly again now 👍

I do occasionally look around other sites, and in my skimming I can't see any acknowledgement of GTPlanet as a source for the data you present on K'. I might be wrong, as I have just skimmed through really as I said, but if it's there it's not particularly overt (the only reference I could find is an embedded link to a GT Sport forum thread... for K').

Given, you know, everything, it'd just be a little bit of recognition that we're all part of this wider GT community and help tie us all together.

I acknowledge that you greatly overestimate the weight of GTPlanet as a source of data of K'.
I see that you took notice, a few month ago, that i checked self-made K' list of engine swap against GTP Forum list to see if i was indeed missing ones. As a result, i posted in the thread the car name corrections to be made to your list - a way to return the favor - and i got a very unexpected answer that "GTPlanet's members are intelligent enough" to deal with that and that you won't correct them.

100% agree with that, and my thousands of posts on this forum ( of which 2500+ left after the removal of a big chunk of non-gaming section by Jordan) acknowledges that. That's why "a little bit of recognition" sounds unfriendly here.
Also...
I sent countless time links to GTplanet to K' user asking for a forum section via feedback.
In the K' swap engine page project, made during the period where engine swap weren't documented and freely accessible in the game, there was a link to the swap engine thread on GTplanet, That page didn't make it public, as many part of K' that i don't have time to do or finish.
I even have in mind for a while a hard-to-implement feature on K' that would find and display a contextual url toward GTplanet forum thread from most of K' pages.
Maybe @Jordan still remember that i once bring on the table via email a full integration of K' on GTplanet, but that was a loooong time ago.

What's more interesting about that particular exchange is that, while... "checking", you also used our Engine Swap list to create an entry on K'.

I know this, because I create trap streets: deliberately incorrect entries to check who is using our data and where (and actually told you this in my full reply). Our list is the only place this particular incorrect entry appears, except K'. Had you "checked" it against your own data, it wouldn't appear - and you'd have made more of a fuss about that being wrong than my reluctance to copy the game 1:1 and list AMGs wrongly*. Indeed I hadn't thought to check K' until you posted about our car list, and I wondered why it would be of any significance to you.

My "estimate" is that you use GTPlanet as "a" source, like I said. I didn't say only, main, primary, but "a".

Of course GTP's data (which is sourced from contributing members) is not protected, and there's no stopping anyone using it for any purpose including commercially without any credit whatsoever. It's just nice, and community-minded, to cite sources. I had given the benefit of the doubt, that I just couldn't see one on a brief perusal...

But it's your call, I guess.

*Fun note: there are no "AMG" Real Car Paints in GT7. They all are listed under Mercedes...
