Hi I'm new to gt7 and i have a few questions
1. How do i unlock more landmarks on the map?
2. How do i buy brand new cars instead of used cars?
3. How do i turn on fuel consumption in the races?

You'll want to just continue playing the game and finishing the cafe menus. Everything will unlock bit by bit.

How to Unlock Everything in Gran Turismo 7

Whether Gran Turismo 7 is your first full game in the series or your eighth, it plays a little different than everything that's come before it. Players starting out in GT7 will have very little available to them; in fact, once you've got through Music Rally, you'll only have a Used Car Dealer on

This also answers your second question, as Brand Central - for buying new cars - is one of those locations you unlock.

As for your final question, fuel consumption is turned on in longer races and those in higher level Cafe Menu Books only. You can of course set up Custom Races with fuel consumption if you wish.
