GT7 taking an age to update

As titled.
Got a PS4 from the misses for Christmas, plus GT7. New PSN account so I can start all over again (Gran Turismo is the only game I’ll play).

Anyway I’m aware there are a lot of updates for a new game/console so I expected it to take a while but I’ve been waiting since 6pm last night (it is 1pm GMT the next day as I post this).

My internet isn’t slow (between 500 and 900meg FTTP), but the download bar hasn’t moved now since 10am. Do I just have to wait? It looks around 90% complete but isn’t moving any more.
