GTA 2015 Round 4 - Registered lap totals

I can't remember what the site was but I know there was one in the past that had the full boards listed. The official Gran-Tursimo site only lists the top 250 and I am sure there are more than a few people wondering how many had valid times in their region.

Also does anyone have totals on the amount of registered times? For the US I see 10,132 by grabbing a rubber band for the DS3 and letting it run to the end on the rankings board but what about other regions or world ranks?
