They have just released Both Episodes of LC, Lost & Damned, and the Ballad Of Gay Tony. But it says "Add-on content". Is this just a game add on, or the full game? They are $20 each. Which is the same amount for the full case of the Episodes.
So are these the full version games?

The games are stand alone and do not need the original GTA IV to play it, and it does not include the original game. However if you download the DLC version, apparently you do need the original game to play it.

So....... If I purchase The Lost and Damned, that is the full game?

Presumably the shop bought (on a disc) version works as a standalone, where as the PSN version has a large chunk of data cut from it to make it a smaller file size to download. The Lost and the Damned will share a lot of data content with the original GTAIV which is fine to be replicated when sold on a Blu-ray, but when you are trying to download what could be upto 25gig, you'd want as much as that to be cut as possible.

The XBox DLC's is 1.8 GB for LaD and 1.9 GB for BoGT.
Beware that the radiostations will probably be different with the disc version vs. DLC.

On XBox the DLC simply adds content to the existing IV radiostations, so the new content is always available in all episodes (for good and bad)

The disc version is different, it apparently only has the new content but adds a brand new station (VCFM) which isn't available in the DLC

The DLC requires the original IV disc to play, the disc version is stand-alone.
In addition the DLC cannot be played without a downloadable patch to IV.

Gameplay-wise the 2 versions should be identical. On xbox there's an compatibility issue between the original DLC and Disc version of LaD MP, but that should be fixed for PS3/PC.

The savefiles should also be compatible.

Just answer me, is this the full version of the game? That's all I'm asking for.

Umm, no? If you mean, does it have the missions from the original GTA IV, no it does not. If you want them, you have to buy the original GTA IV. Is that what you mean?

No. I know it does not have GTA 4 in it. Is it like the game discs? Same stuff? Exact Game?

Nevermind. I finally found it somewhere. They are the full versions. And I do have GTA 4.

CLOSE THREAD!
