The aim is simple, destroy all other opponents cars.

The Destruction Derby will take place here.

Rules and Regulations

Front Engined Cars only. No trucks, bikes or any other vehicle of that nature are permitted.

If a car is on fire and is on all four wheels, they will exit the arena, jump out of the car and find a new front engined vehicle, ready for the next round.

Weapons are not permitted, any use of them will not be tolerated.

Once a car a breaks down and cannot be started, they are allowed to get a push from a competitor to get the car going again. Once the car fails to start all together, the competitor will be pushed out of the area and then will then get a new vehicle for the next round.

This is a last man standing competition, so once all competitors but one are out, they will be declared the winner of that particular round.

We will drive outwards from the edge of the arena to the middle of the to start the competition.

All competitors must wear a headset, in order to hear my countdown to the start of the competition.

There will be about 7 different rounds per night.

Please ensure that "tombrooks97" is on your friends list.

This is a no-points competition, as it is a purely fun based challenge.

When

Wednesday, 7-10pm GMT.

I used to play this with the mates back at the day, it was epic but you really needed mics for it to work...

Great idea, bad timing for me.

Amazed this hasn't been done before!

Well, when is good for you? I'm free any day aside from Monday and Friday.

Yeah, it's the only downside..

Tom
Would Thursday be better for everyone?

I won't hang around until 9pm GMT in any case because of my current timetable, but if you are willing to still accept me in, I can try and remember.

Not a problem, it's more of a arrive and drive thing, than anything else.

LOL i come up with the idea and tom makes the thread ;) what would be awesome is if it was two driver teams just a suggestion :)

Personally, I don't see that working. I think a free-for-all idea would work better.

Hello again Dan. ;)

We meet again. ;)

(We met at an online race)

Here's an example of Demolition Derby. Mics are not needed, just the host to do a 3,2,1 countdown with the text input.

Warning: Violence and swearing in this video.

Sorry guys, if I'm honest, I completely forgot about this. :dunce:

Aw.

Got to admit though, GTA IV's online raises some sort of nostalgia in me because of its inferiority to GT5's. :D No text chat, no entry/win/leaving auto messages, no country flags, no free run mode in races... the list is endless. :sly::sly:
