Start behind the Mountain Bike Finish Line.
Follow the track up the South side of Mt. Chilliad taking a shortcut near the top.
Switch vehicles for the Camper. T1: ~1:45
Ramp from the viewing platform to the road below.
Head Northeast accross the bridge then turn to the left. T2: ~2:30
Take the middle road towards San Fierro Airport.
Slip onto the Freeway outside the airport. T3: ~3:15
Follow the freeway North through San Fierro.
Turn right after crossing Garver Bridge. T4: ~4:30
Follow the freeway East into Las Venturas.
Turn left onto the Strip, and left to the finish line. TT: ~6:15
I took the usual route up Chiliad. When I got close enough to the top, I cut around the orange gate barriers and went straight up the mountain. Then I jumped the Camper off the ramp. Tried to land on wheels on the middle ledge, drove off, then tried to land on wheels at the base.
Then I drove east across the river and took a left after the bridge. Took the highway all the way north through SF, across the bridge, then stayed with the highway all the way to the 4-Dragons Casino.
I also tried a path going straight after the first bridge and up the hill (through the tunnel into Los Santos, then north, etc.,) but I couldn't make the jump off those two S-curves near the mountain without my vehicle catching fire. But that would've been faster.
I got on the freeway as soon as I could at the southern end of it (and cut across the grassy area.)It also sounds like atwyatt used the same route, though I'm not clear whether he joined the Freeway before or after Foster Valley.

I figured most of the time would come from getting a good descent, as there really aren't that many other places to gain speed with a camper. In my run, I landed on the middle ledge (on the wheels,) and drove off again. That probably added about 5 seconds to my time.
I'm not sure where the rest of the time comes from.
Also, I drove on the middle median for a while on the highway on the way to Las Venturas, because I got tired of 200mph cars and trucks hitting me from the back, lol.
Also, yeah, I'm sure I lost at least 10 seconds on my Chiliad decent, stopping on the middle level, and having to upright and turn around my camper at the base. But that probably means I did the Sanchez part pretty well.

Well Done Car-less!!
Comparing with your split times it seems I lost it on the plunge down mt. Chiliad, - I've got 1:45 to the Camper door handle and 2:11 on the road below.
Although I didn't use the freeway route we must have been about equal on the rest.
