Here's my question. Who plays the voice of Officer Tenpenny?
 
Although I'm not asking or answering a question, did you know each boroughs street names have a theme (IV). For instance many of Bohans are named after prisons, and others on Bohan after break dancing moves. Algonquins main grid system has chemical names as well in alphabetical order across one direction which I can't recall.

8-ball and his bomb planting garage. In which part of the town (Vice City) is his garage located?
 
Is 8 ball in VC? I know Phill has a car bomb fitting garage down the bottom of the left island (IIRC).

8 Ball is in VC but he isn't really a main character, but his bomb garage is in VC though. Phil doesn't own the bomb fitting garage.

I'll give another question if you want me to.
