yeah, i know your all talking about vice city and whatnot, but im makking a map in gta3 and am having troulbles creating roads that are solid, ive seen a tutorial somewhere on it but out of 30 or so diffrent searches on the net, ive came up with nothing, alas i have come here for help, so can anyone help me with my problem?
