GTAIV Trophy query

If I have a dead "friend" whose likeness is below 60%, can I still get the 60% trophy for friend likeness?

I think it only applies to the friends who don't die during the course of the game. Though I can't remember which ones.

At some point I'll just dedicate a day to sorting it all out. Such a boring part of the game though!

This guide is very basic, but says.. all friends left alive like you greater then 90% (not 60%).

You either mean Dwayne or Roman, I guess? Dwayne doesn't count for the 'Liberty City (5)' trophy (at least, I'm pretty sure he doesn't) (and that's all friends like you over 90%, not 60) and doesn't have a trophy for unlocking his special ability, but Roman, Little Jacob, Brucie and Packie and do.

At least I'm pretty sure I got Liberty City (5) without having Dwayne at 90%... In fact, if I remember rightly, Little Jacob was on 89% and I still got it anyway...

Should be all friends still alive-- not sure of the exact percent (if 90% is correct, which it sounds like it isn't if what you wrote is correct)

what it comes down to is keep doing activities with your friends if you haven't got the trophy yet-- I just learned this recently (would have saved me alot of time) that you can do multiple events with friends in one friend "date"-- meaning, after doing one activity, take them to another activity instead of home... making getting their like up alot less tedious to do...

I've also read you can play pool with your friends at your penthouse if you don't kill dwayne-- I've never done this.
