I've been having some fun lately with running the various concept cars around my favorite track, Midfield.

I decided to make a scoresheet of my times, your all welcome to join in and have a blast running one, some, or all the concepts around this great track.

Todays car i drove was the Dodge Viper GTS-R Prototype, not a badcar at all very stable and nice through the high speed corners at midfield. My one downfall with this car is its very bad manners coming through the 'flip - flop' part of the course before the final hairpin turn into the tunnel. Screw this up and my lap was shot! Sideways action and probably locked brakes awaited me nearly every time into this tough section. Well I finally did get a good lap together and was pleased with myself. While it was a bit scrappy i did nail that section good, as well as sector 2.

Well i thought i could do one a day but, at least heres a bit of an update! The cars?
Honda Dualnote and
Nissan 350Z Gran Turismo Aero.

The Dualnote is a weird beast took a bit of tuning, didnt seem to want to drift very well and was taily alot. I think i pushed its limit, but hey they werent super smooth laps.

The 350Z aero is a great car too, very stable and nice to drive, pitty about the engine noise, i like it down low but hate it up high in the rev range. Again i couldnt be absolutely super smooth, but got a good lap i couldnt beat.

:) am i the only one playing GTC? hehehe oh well, i like these cars!
 
is this still open? i've spent ages looking for a GTC race....plz make me happy :D
 
Well, in the NSX-R Prototype Race Car I managed 1.12.817 but I don't know how this shapes up to your times in it. You'll probably get under 1.10 though. I'm rubbish with set ups :(
 
Yeah its still open, havent had much time lately... Oh the cars eligiable dont include that car..... hmmm maybe i'll include the dream cars too....
 
I only realised that after i raced:banghead: :banghead: soz its a crap time from a crap racer anyway lol.:lol:
 
Had some free time just now :) time to update

Took out the lovely little ASL Garaiya for a spin, wow this is a great car! Looks that kill, nice handling, just a pitty theres only 201hp to play with :( A nice 400 would be great in such a sweet looking body :D

Well heres the result. Again i can go faster :( but i'll be here forever :lol:
