Information: Equestrianism, often known as horse riding, refers to the skill of riding, driving, steeplechasing or vaulting with horses. This broad description includes the use of horses for practical working purposes, transportation, recreational activities, artistic or cultural exercises, and competitive sport.

Sub-zero before cars were mass-produced.

Now, animal rights advocates will get ticked off upon sight of someone riding a horse. Uncool.

"I can't trust anything with a mind of its own" or something to that effect.

Personally I'd rather walk, seeing as I've almost been seriously hurt on 2 different occasions when attempting to ride a horse.

I'd rather walk than wreck my family jewels riding a horse.

Uncool.

Fun for recreation uses. (except for a time in Wyoming when the horse I was riding stumbled while going along a cliffside. Very close to a Code Brown situation)

Meh.
