Not normally my type of thing, but I think I'll give it a cool. Plenty of somewhat similar cars from the era I like more, but I still like this one.

Since I'm not judging pimped out low riders with hydraulics and dashboards upholstered with purple shag carpeting, or cheap fuzzy dice hanging from the mirror with opposing sides that don't add up to 7 its a Sub-Zero !

To me the car in the OP is a work of art 👍

Sub Zero. My grandfather has a '64 SS convertible...it's such a great car for cruising in.

Not to mention, I like the association with the hip hop and lowrider crowds.

Uncool every Impala here is a lowrider. I prefer the more stylish and rarer Galaxie

''Cruisin' down tha street in my six fo'
Jackin' tha freaks clocking tha dough
Went to tha park tah get the scoop
Knuckleheads out there come shootin' some hoop
A car pulls up who can it be
A fresh El Camino rollin' Kilo G
He rolled down his window and he started to say
It's all about makin' that GTA''

Eazy-e makes this sub-zero for me

This!!!!! Didn't even know these cars exist till I listened him.

Cool. Because Supernatural. :D

Hey, esse... if you're dissin' lowriders, me and the hommes would like to come over to your house and have a word with you, y'hear me, muchacho?

It's not cool, man... ragging on lowriders. :D

Honestly, though... I have the same fascination with them as I do Bosozuko and (original) rat rods. It's silly and stupid, yes, but when well-done, it's entertaining. Low-riders don't pretend to be racecars (Stance) that barely function as street cars or rolling horse-carts (Donk), they're just a rockin' rollicking good time.

They own what they want to be. They're for attention and make no confusion about it.

Of course not.. That's the point really, and as the movie scene shows the Judgement goes both ways.

Latino=Lowrider
Anglo=Corvette/speed freak

The stereotypes are still used today though often false.

Neighbor used to own one. He would do burnouts down the street to impress us little kiddo's back in the day.

So loud, so awesome. I'd give it a cool!
