Globally I think the rearrangement you did to the forums was a great improvement, my compliments on a job well done.
There's one thing bugging me though. Nothing big, but I think it's a bit confusing that we have two "other games" forums/directories. I visit/browse both because I'm a regular poster in the Supercar Challenge forum and in the Console [& PC Playing forum/B] (and, inside this one, in the PS3 forum), but I'm also a "lurker" and still occasional poster in the NFS: Shift Forum, in the Ferrari Challenge Forum, in the F1:CE Forum in the Enthusia Forum and in the Grand Prix Legends Forum
So, Here's my structure of forum visits in these boards (apart from the GT5 and GT5P boards):
GTPlanet > Other Games > Supercar Challenge
GTPlanet > Other Games > NFS: Shift
GTPlanet > Other Games > Console & PC Playing
GTPlanet > Other Games > Console & PC Playing > Playstation 3
GTPlanet > Other Games > Other Games > Grand Prix Legends
GTPlanet > Other Games > Other Games > Enthusia
GTPlanet > Other Games > Other Games > F1:CE
GTPlanet > Other Games > Other Games > Ferrari Challenge
Now, I have been thinking (too much time on my hands, I know
) that sometimes it gets confusing to have two "Other Games" forums and, avoiding any major change to the structure in place, I suggest to you a change in the second (lowest) "Other Games" forum name, either to:
> Older Games
or to:
> Vintage Games
One different suggestion is to re-locate all those "Older/Vintage" games under the Console & PC Playing Forum, considering most of them are System specific (Enthusia is a PS2 exclusive, LFS and GPL are PC games, FC is mostly a PS3 game, Forza 2 is a Xbox game, etc), but that would be reverting to the old solution (in this case, for old games-only) and you obviously didn't consider it adequate when you cnhanged everything.
Another thing to consider: I really liked the way you merged all motorsports in one forum, allowing us to filter it using the thread prefixes. Why don't you consider doing that to the Console & PC Playing forum and subforums? Sometimes I have to search the PS3 forum AND the Console & PC forum to be sure I didn't miss anything about any multiplatform game (like V8 Superstars, that has a thread in the PS3 forum for its current multiplatform iteration, and a thread in the COnsole & PC forum, for the next installment in the series).
I could have sent you all this in a PM but I'm not sure if that's the right thing to do. Anyway, if you find that this suggestion, or the discussion about it, doesn't deserve a thread, please delete /merge this wherever you feel appropriate.

I've switched the name to "Classics" for now. As for the thread prefixes, as you might have noticed I am implementing them very slowly across the board over time, so everyone has plenty of time to get used to them as they see them in more and more areas of the site. I agree that the Console/PC forum is a great candidate for consolidation via prefixes, and will be implementing them there soon.
