GTP JULY TOURING CHAMPIONSHIP​

THE CONCEPT​

The concept of this race series is to provide a nice feel of YOUR own car without someone telling you exactly what parts to install on your vehicle. I plan on this to be held in July, when most people are off school.

THE RACES​

The races will be held at three different continents. Asia, America, and Europe. There will be about three races per continent, totaling for nine races in the Championship. Each race will be held for about one hour, with a thirty minute qualifier forty minutes before the race, ensuring a ten minute rest time before the race to do last minute changes to your car, or to get something to eat. Or just to cool down and chat with the other race members.

REGULATIONS​

Even though this is a free car event, there still must be regulations for your car to pass to make sure that someone doesn't show up in an X1.

POWER

• Must be 600pp or under.
• Must have about 500 HP.
• At most, only 97% Power Reduced or over.
• A Top Speed of 210mph, or 338kph by use of Fully Customizable Transmission.

You can have more than 500 HP, or less, but most the cars will fall within this HP range if 600pp.

CAR

• The car you start with, is the car you end with. No further Modifications are allowed. This however does not include Suspention/Gearing/Aerodynamic/Oil Changes, or Chassis Resoration/Engine Restoration as all these may be changed as long as it follows the Regulations.
• Tyres are Racing Hards or less.

WEIGHT

• 1000kg or heavier.
• A maximum of 40kg ballast.

AERODYNAMICS

• Must have a flat wing on the back. Any other aero parts are optional.

RULES​

Trading paint is okay, but full on ramming is not. Refer to the AUP if confused.
Rude or harassing chat is unacceptable, and violators will be booted out of the race series, and reported to an official. Refer to the AUP if confused.
If you need to pass, flash your headlights once to warn the driver your there. For people being overtaken, try and look out for flashing headlights. You are allowed to block, as long as it doesn't result in contact. You must be 100% sure it wont, if they flash their lights, you must let them through.

Races marked with the word 'Final' are the final, deciding races that can get really heated. Each player finishing spot will earn twice their points. So someone down by 100 on the Nurburgring Race will earn 200 points, and win the championship. Which brings me to the points system!

Each racer will be rewarded points during the series. Here is the system.
