(that's just a random number, by the way)

Sometimes I look at "Who's Online" and wonder why so many people are viewing, and so few people are replying. Then I think for a moment and hope that these people are viewing while trying to formulate a proper reply.

If you are "thinking before you speak", kudos to you! If you're just a shy lil` guy ... break out of your shell - we want to hear from you! (:

I don't know.
I think that the time spent in viewing has to greatly outweigh the time spent replying because it takes but a second to type out a reply. Plus if you are a user of "express reply" I dont think that would show up in there.
 
Probably lot's of people are like myself where they walk away from the PC, or are doing other things while a thread is open. Lot's of 'viewing' without acutally being viewed if you know what I mean. ;)
 
In other word you want more posts. That might be dangerous with so many people complaining about spam.

There's a link between something...after all, most of these users that look but don't reply have names such as "Viperdude23233" or "fredguyzz12" [...but those are just examples, not real users]. :rolleyes: :lol:
 
I tend to view quite a bit (although it's been quite a while since I've been here at all), but usually only post when I think I have something reasonable to offer.

I said when I THINK I do, mind you, not that I actually HAVE something reasonable to offer.
 
I do a lot of reading, and if I have something to add to the conversation I'll add it and if I don't, I don't. :)
