GTP online GT4 team?

is GTP considering making an online racing team on GT4? i'd really love this as we could have competitions with other teams and also have internal compo's. test out each others settings, record fast laps, 0-60's and top speed.

(i have searched for the topic so sorry if it as already been posted)
 
If there are any topics they're probably in the online racing forums.
 
Teams sound like a good idea, but a GTP team? I am just concerned with the whole size factor. How many people would you let on the team. Surely you couldnt say anyone here at the GTP could be on the team. I think in the end people will just make their own teams/clans, but I am sure the GTP could be a good launching area for setting up races, tournaments, etc.
 
i'd be in, ive got adsl. i think there should me a team of the best on gtp?
 
to be honest anybody who can get golds on prologue are good, v.good or just plain brilliant, so i'd say your damn good :)

what do you think a team should do? what events? how would you expect the team to run? for example, events.
 
there ya go, that could be like a division of team GTP. like ednurance, drift, street racing, circuit racing, etc. good fun ey!

I'm not convinced...

Anyone that can get all golds on GT:P is Pretty Good.

Anyone that can get all golds on GT1 or GT2 is Very Good.

Anyone that can get all golds on GT3 is Amazing.

Therefore... for the future... I suspect that anyone that can get all golds on GT4 is God!!

Strange thinking; I always had the most trouble getting golds in GT1. I got back into GT2 last summer, and two casual nights I had reclaimed my all golds. GT3 is easier, but that's probably because I spent hours upon hours lowering my totals a long time ago, so I'm used to the tests. GT1 just never was easy ;).

As for a forum team... didn't we have these for the Board Challenges? I'm pretty sure board challenges will be held again whenever GT4 is finally released. I can say with confidence that I won't be running with the GTF again, heh.
 
I wouldn't mind joining a team, I actually like the idea just because of how much liked it in MCO and BTW it took me like 5 months of playing about 3 hours a week to get every gold on GT3....but then again I suck, still im the only one of my friends who all played the game to get all 100 percent in the game.
 
We should have team GTP alright, but we should split the members into sections where they excel. Some would be part of the "drift" section of the team,and some could be for rally, etc.

Took me a while to get SOME golds......so I think I'm just moderately above average. I DO specialize in drift though..... :) ;)

Even though it took you some time to gold'em all, you DID get all gold, so you can't say you suck.
I know I'm not as good as you, but if a team was made only to win everyhting they ran in, that would be lame. Beginners should have their chances too.
If the team or sub-teams are only taking professional expert super skilled drivers, don't count me in, because that would ruin the idea of a racing team I have.
But if there are some advanced and experts drivers willing to teach out some newcomers, I'd be in.
 
maybe there could be a training school where the better people analyze runs made by the beginners and teach them how to drive? ive been in many a team/club/even flying squadron, so know quite a bit and would like to organize it :)
