Gtp psn id...

Hello guys, I just wanted to ask something about changing the PSN ID to a GTP_blbalbala to compete in the WRS.

Im playing together GT5 with my brothers account, so Im using his PSN ID right now. I tried to copy his savedata to my account (so I could make a new PSN ID, he wont allow it on his account), but it didn`t worked because somehow there is already a savedata there. Im too scared to delete this savedata, I did the same with another ps3 game and it deleteted all savedatas, my brothers and mines.

So, can I copy my brothers savedata to my account? And can I play it then with my PSN? Does deleting the savedata on my account deleting his too?
 
You cannot use anyone elses save data on your PSN account the save files are PSN ID locked. Your file placed on your brothers account would be overwritten by a fresh file when GT5 next starts up he would loose all progress.Your file save from your account should remain intact as you had only copied it to your brother and as such it still remains on your PSN ID.
 
Ok, thats bad. It looks like I wont be able to compete in the WRS. Hehe, I guess you guys would have humilated me anyways... ;)

Hey man I just opened up a new account strictly for WRS. From my main account I gifted myself a GTR for the Seasonal Event 1. I came 2nd straight away and jumped upto level 14 I think it was just from 1 race. If you cant be bothered levelling up your new account just gift yourself a nascar or the wrc citroen and do the seasonal. A quick solution if thats what is holding you back.
