I've just found something weird on :gtplanet:

GTP Forums > GT Series > Gran Turismo 4
> Race Reports

This is how I can see that place:

GTPBug.jpg

There are two threads with almost the same title and excatly the same stats.

I think it's a bug.

Does anybody else see it?

Good to see I'm not the only one. They're identical. But what's wrong there?

EDIT: Maybe the fact that Pitracer100 edited the thread title (because he posted a new chapter of his story) has something to do with it...

Hah! Thanks for the screenshot, KidrauhlM5. Now to wait for an administrator or moderator to tell us what happened there. :)

The views are locked on 1766 for both to, even though Nenad and someone else posted in 1 of the 2. Could the thread have somehow duplicated itself when (if) it was renamed recently?

Yeah, I when I try to update the name it copies the thread. This had happened once already.
Then, when I told one of the mods about the situation it was fixed on my next log-in.

The logs show that Pitracer copied the thread earlier today. vBulletin, unfortunately, lumps the option of allowing a user group to move threads with the option of allowing them to copy threads as well. :irked: Please don't use it.

Yeah, you sent me a visitor message asking me to sort it even though I was offline at the time, hadn't been online for 4 days, and was on holiday in San Francisco with no internet connection, and wasn't due back for another 4 days.

How are you udpating the name?

You click edit on the first post, then click advanced, then change it's name. You must be duplicating it the way you do it.

EDIT: Tree'd. Of Sequoia proportions...

Thanks, Jordan and daan.

You can either double-click around the thread title in the forum listing, or edit the title as it is shown when editing the first post in the thread.
