I think GTplanet needs some kind of unified classes to go by. Additionally I will permit people in other countries or somewhere far to set up chapters.
I have a rulebook, will publish when I get to my PC. Chapters can elect officers to be reputable event hosts, and they can set up events at any time. Chapters can have their own thread to make things easier, but a link to the rulebook is necessary. To start a chapter, PM me directly.
Members: To apply, post your GTP, your PSN, what car you will use/which class, and a description of yourself. Like this:

I like Volvo wagons, but I can't run that because the curb weight is glitched and 1800kilos instead of 1400. This makes me very sad.
