The Stang feels like a walrus around this track, especially in the Pl. de Opera section. I was torn on shifting down into 1st entering this area, or just leaving it in 2nd. Or shifting down into 1st (as an engine-brake) but then immediately upshifting back into 2nd when leaving. Seems like it didn't matter; any method brought about similar results. But like I said, the Mustang didn't feel like a horse at all here at Opera. I'm hoping the actual race is a short one here!

The MINI, on the other hand, feels more at home here with its "go-kart" handling. :D But it would still trip over its own shoelacees sometimes, especially when leaving the Rue de la Paix and needing to immediately switch from right to left. The MINI spun on me a couple times here. The Ai usually avoids a spin but winds up wacking the side-barrier here.

Most weeks I've found an hour or 2 to do something reasonable.
This week with my 20-month old nephew staying things are a little chaotic!
 
Went back and watched my replay from the far chase cam. I was completely in the yellow area on turn 2J. If this is unacceptable please disallow my run. But do not go to the trouble of redoing the result page. Just subtract my points after the race. Less work for you Viperin. Thought I had read somewhere that the entire track was in play except for the walls of course.

I missed the entry amongst all the other mail, as you posted early and I forgot it, so my apologies for that.
However it is not the end of the World, and I would appreciate it if you were not rude about it. I took this on so as to allow those fighting it out at the top of the standings to finish the series. As Supershouden well knows, it is not an easy thing to manage, especially as I do not have the advantage of any sort of decent internet service. I would be just as happy spending my valuable time at the Pub.
I will update scores and details for the ST Class, after the Race itself as it takes a bit of doing to change the spreadsheets and upload them.

As oldmodelt pointed out no changes in penalties for this round at Opera Paris, just have to update points score for the ST Class.

If I understand correctly. The wt penalty is in effect throughout the entire race week, ie. Opera Paris. It does not change from Hotlap to Race. I think I should have the 1% penalty because my time was faster during the Trial Mountain Race due to Drift not submitting a hotlap time and getting the additional 20 added to his race time. I'll run with the 1% anyway until Viperin gets back to a computer and rules on it. 👍

And PB should use the 5% with CAMikaze at 3%, I think. Because they finished 1 & 2. Viperin and Drift get 0%.

No worries 👍 , School used to make me cranky too, especially Languages, nowadays it is just old age :boggled:
