The Peugeot 908 HDi FAP is a sports prototype racing car built by the French automobile manufacturer Peugeot to compete in the 24 Hours of Le Mans endurance race, starting in 2007 and eventually winning in 2009. This effort, in development since 2005, was publicly unveiled on 15 June 2005. It first competed against the Audi R10 TDI, becoming the second diesel engined sports car from a major manufacturer, and then against the Audi R15 TDI. This was Peugeot Sport's first Le Mans effort since the end of the Peugeot 905 project in 1993. It won 19 from the 28 races in which it raced between 2007 and 2010.

I really like the blue and bit of green on the Playstation livery. The main livery is nice too. As is the car, who doesn't love a good prototype. Solid Cool.

ALSO: The Outback SUS and Packard Twin-Six both could use some more votes before they close. In case you missed them, go make your voice heard.

This car won Le Mans outright. That alone is worthy of top-level praise. My call for the Peugeot 908 HDi FAP is a (moderately low) Sub-Zero. It is not really a bonkers car to say it's absolutely Sub-Zero, but it is very much a capable and potent LMP race car. It is styled quite well. There was that one sad Le Mans where all four of these Peugeots suffered the same terminal damage that retired all four cars. Surely any prototype car that could defeat Audi at Le Mans in the 21st Century gets plenty of credit. So tab me again for "Sub-Zero," just not an overwhelming one.

I like the way the headlights drop down, but I like the wheels mainly. Doesn't have much charcter next to the 905.
