GTPGTS: Round 4

[RACECAR]

Welcome to the fourth round of GTPGTS racing.

we now arrive at the second of this season's four street tracks, Cote'd Azur, more commonly known as Monaco.it consists of six turns, three left-right handers, and two right left handers. for the second time in a row, drivers must keep a sharp eye out for blind corners amongst congested city streets.

The Rules are very simple. no cheating, no hybrids, anything that gives you a huge advantage. Gearing is free for all races. in Qualifying, you can use any kind of tire or tire combination, but in the race, only RH, RM, RS are available to use. two wheels on the track at all times. only slight contact, such as rubbing fenders or sides, are allowed. The AI settings for the race can be set 7-10. you will submit your times to me in this format:

Only real racers do well at Monaco .. not my favourite street circuit but will try my best .

I think i did quite well in my overpowered bus.
Mostly in the 1'27s though having to lap the AI is a real pain.
Every lap i thought i was going to get a drive through.

Yeah, I think post and pizza delivers can drive better than AI I was talking about adjustable AI setting, (like in some series here on GTP) that can make our races "cleaner" and can let us doing our best on the track instead of this silly overtaking laps and numerous restarts but no one agreed...

I've practiced on this track extensivley an i can get low 1.29's my new ps2 should be here tomorrow so i should be able to enter

Times submited! It was a hard city circuit with blind corners walls here and there, lots of restarts and so on. Only F-1 simulators experience since '99 help me here

Next step is Grand Valley!!! I like this track most of all other original tracks, I think it's better that any other real circuits. That's my opinion. Anyway, let's do our best:tup:

I've completely failed this round... I haven't even tried qualifying
