Greetings,

I'm genesis, I've posted here before once and this is only my second post. Regretably the last post was a concern, just as much as this one is.

Recently one of your members came to my site and posted a nice thread. No worries as this guy was soft and easy to handle. But then another person supposedly decided to blame that I'm advertising my site here. This matter needs attention.

For the proof, the link to the first mentioned thread is;
http://www.gtboards.com/index.php?showtopic=150 (Which is not a big concern)

and this one takes the cake. I've posted some posts that might not sound right, I apologize for that but I had no other choice but getting a bit upset if someone just comes lurking in and says something that never happened.
Here's the URL for that one;
http://www.gtboards.com/index.php?showtopic=26&view=findpost&p=820

I'm pretty sure an admin here wouldn't have the time to post that, so whoever it is should halt as we're not intending any harm and there was nothing here, I've searched.

Thank you for your time.

I'm not sure if any moderators or admins here would register to see those posts man.

Actually, there are two moderators that are registered there. Speciafically to address points like this. Where a member from one site shows up at another and bashes/advertises in the name of the one site. It's not a good show, and is not condoned or appreciated at either site.

It will stop.

I've already contacted the admin over there, and during discussion have traded IP addresses for trouble makers. If you are the person responsible for such actions you will be dealt with, severely.

for a quick check-up: The Acceptable Use Policy states "You will not to impersonate any person or entity, forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any posting, nor collect or store personal data about other users. So if you are posting and claiming you are a representative of GTPlanet, I suggest you stop.

I see Der Alta is already on top of this. 👍 Sorry for the trouble, Genisis. On a side note, in the future please handle issues like this with a bit more professionalism. I don't want any GTP members to cause trouble on your site or any other site, but I do not appreciate reading degrading comments about me or my website.
