GTR Is a simulation racing game that combines graphical detail with realism.This game is near perfect in every way,and I have only played the demo!Please continue reading for my in-depth ratings.
The Machine: 2.2 GHz Processor.512 MB Of RAM.NVidia GeForce4 MX Video Card.160 GB Hard Drive.
The Results: This game ran somewhat well on my computer at all around medium settings,and would lag constantly on High or Very High.Putting it on Low would still bring minor lag in some areas.I did not try Very Low.

The detail in this game is absolutely amazing.If you have a PC good enough to crank it all the way up to very high on every setting,you are in for a wild ride.The cars are designed down to every last detail,and the damage is very realistic.The cockpits are VERY detailed,and are even more so if you have a 128 MB Video Card and switch on the "High Resolution Cockpit" option.Overall,GTR's graphics get a 4/5 Stars,since it just seemed like there was something missing from all of the detail.
Audio Quality

The audio quality of this game?Put it up against GT4 and GTR takes the cake.Every car has unique sounds and it all is so realistic.The up and downshifts make you want to just grab an H shifter and just burn those gears.The revv sounds are also very authentic sounding.Racing 16 Ferrari 360 Modenas when they are all at the same revv can rattle your ears...in most games,nah.In GTR,yah!You don't want to have headphones on and the sound crankedi n this game.You might get your eardrums blasted out!5 out of 5 stars for the excellent sound quality in this game.

What can I say?This games physics are unreal! (In a good way
). I haven't played with physics this realistic in a very long time.You feel every bump,turn,acceleration point and braking point in the game.The cars handle just like a 600 horsepower FIA GT Racing car without ABS would...horrible!And that is the beauty of it!It is so realistic that many will find it hard to race in Simulation mode settings because of the real-world physics.Overall,4/5 stars for this one.There is just something about the physics that isnt a big thumbs up signal for me.

GTR is a very realistic racing simulation that most racing junkies will find challenging,yet fun.It is hard to quit playing once you start because the game is that damn good.GTR just has things that many sims don't.GTR also has a very wide selection of tracks and cars in the full version.All which can have new "Skins" applied.The 2 demo cars are a Saleen S7 and a Ferrari 360 Modena with only 1 track (Spa @ Night).
The Bottom Line: GTR is one of the best sims out there right now,and if you love sim racing,please,go download it.
