Rules that apply to test rounds:
General rules:
- Standard Online Racing Rules Apply.
-No Cheating, hybrids, etc. You must run the car specifications given by the GTTCC.
-you must keep at least 2 wheels on course. Long races may include a few small mistakes, but absolutely NO shortcuts.
-No wall-riding.
-Any decisions made by GTTCC officials or 3rd party reps are final.
Testing hotlap
-single hotlap in GT mode in free run mode.
-R1(front)/R2(back) tyres must be used for both hotlaps.
-ASM and TCS can be on or off at any setting.
-Laps MUST be clean, no collisions no matter how small are acceptable.
Classes:
-Everyone will race in the same class using the same specifications.
-Different racers will have different ratings.
Ratings:
-Tuner : this class is for members of tuning groups on GTP forums.
-Advanced : this is for people who have participated in 3 or more other championships on GTP.
-Novice : For people with less than 3 other seasons under their belt.
Car specifications:
- The car you use must fit into the category of either coupe, saloon or hatchback.
- The car may be new, used or a prize car. If it is new or used it must not cost any more than 60,000 Cr.
- The car must have its weight adjusted using weight loss and ballast to exactly 1300Kg.
- The car must not be producing any more than 300Hp, take the power reading from the car settings screen at the track.
-The car may only have semi-racing suspension and R1(front)/R2(back) tyres, any other upgrades may be purchased so as to be tuned up and optimize performance.
- If any one car is considerably faster (by deafault) a further weight ballast or power ballast may be enforced.
- The car may be FR, FF, FWD, RR, MR.

Test Round 1 for the GTTCC
Please only discuss split times in this thread, send your overall hotlap times to me by PM, At the end of everyday the hotlap leader board for this event will be edited and made public (for you to see). This then tells you where you are at and how much speed you need to find. Tuners will of course find their speed with advanced tuning, even though it is limited with suspension restrictions, that said, any novice or advanced class racer is advised to try their hand at tuning their car.
Most importantly, enjoy yourself and go as quickly as possible, if we can get the racing to be close no matter what the class is, this will have truly been a sucess.
