Guess that Time!

This is pretty simple. Somebody drives a car around a track and you guess what their best lap time will be. Whoever gets the closest wins and will get to be the next driver to set a time. I will try to maintain a leaderboard, if there is enough interest. If you do not wish to set a time and want to give your turn to somebody else, say so. If nobody posts within 48 hours I'll go.
Guidelines:
-Clearly state the track, especially if it has many variations
-Specify if there is any weather change
-State what model of car you will use, preferably something under 1,000,000 cr
-Clearly state whether the car has any modifications, and if so, which ones. Modifications are, however, discouraged.
-State what tires you will be using
