The SHU on this bad-boy is up in the charts and not to be laughed at. One 5oz bottle has lasted me over a year, with about 1/4th of the way to go. This Hotsauce ain't no Tabasco! I am not crazy, I just like my food with a bit of heat!

A nice little warning to consumers: Use this product one-half drop at a time! Keep away from eyes. Not for use by minors or pets. Not for people with heart or respiratory problems. (Let's just say if you aren't careful with this stuff, more than your mouth burns - remember to wash your hands after use too, especially if you have to use the little-boys room.... YOW!!)

A nice little list of contents: Chile Peppers (Ghost Pepper/Naga Jolokia, Habanero and Tabasco), Chile Pepper Extract, Salt, Cane Vinegar, Passion Fruit Juice, Sugar, Acetic Acid, Lime Juice, Garlic & Onion.
* Refrigerate After Opening *

Yep, each year he has come out with a private reserve, they stamp/burn it onto each box and on each bottle label. If you can guess the year from my OP, it should be easy.

I got this bottle for x-mas before last, making it the 2011 edition. The 2013 wont go into production until next month. Nice try sir!
