I got a PS3 and this game about 6 days ago, and i just got to level 25. The Dealerships won't let me view any cars or purchase any new cars. All i can buy is the used dealerships, and online dealership cars.

Is there a certain level in which i need to reach to view and purchase new cars from the dealership or is something F---ed up on my end???

I've been searching everywhere on google and this forum but found no direct answer.

You should be able to buy a car from the new dealership as soon as you started the game. A solution to your problem however I don't have.
 
man that's crazy....it says "You have 0 cars from this make you can purchase at current level" in the center of the screen at the bottom. I try to click on a make and it just loads me out to the home screen...everytime.
 
That sounds odd. Can you describe in a little more detail exactly what happens? Perhaps you should backup your save file and reinstall the game to the PS3?
 
That is very strange.

What I would do is back up your save game data to a USB pendrive, and then delete all the game install data (not save game data), and then reinstall the game.

Load the game again and install all the patches and try again.

And that would be on the PS3 home screen, where under the game section is called the "Game Data Utility"?

I just saved the "Saved DAta Utility" to the flash drive.

so just delete the Game Data Utility?

Just as a warning, you will lose any pictures you took or any race replays. Those are stored as part of the game data and not on your game save.
 
It says that when the cars available from that manufacturer are either too high a level for you, or are out of your price range. How much cash do you have, and which dealerships are you looking at? Are you the kind of gamer who spends the cash as soon as he gets it (UCD and tuning parts), or hangs onto it?

Sorry if this sounds elementary -- just want to make sure whether we're looking at a bug or not.

Are you on level 25 in A-spec or in B-spec?

Hmmm, that's true. If you export your replays you will be able to re-import them again. You will not be able to reimport your pictures.
 
Holy crap, this tread jinxed me, has just golded the 9 first events of the B-licence, whitout returning home for a save.
PS3 froze when loading the last.. lol
Now im making it freeze inside to try to cool him off,
guess im fookadooed..

Maybe I shoud just get drunk...
