the reason i posted it here is because this is where everybody meets the most.
there is a game called drift out by visco
it's an arcade game, i used to play it back in 1991. can some one please tell me where i can get this game. and what do i need to play it.

My buddy has a ton of old arcade games on his PC,... he says he downloaded them from a japanese site,... and that they're illegal (the DL's) for some reason.

Unless you own the game itself legally (i.e. BUY IT) its considered illegal. Kinda like stealing it. If you do own it and have a copy like on PC or somthing, then you can say its just a backup copy and get away with it
