This is GTP's first Graffiti/Wildstyle Drawing Contest.
You can use webcam or scanner or whatever to get a pic of your
drawing.
The rule's are quite simple

1. It's is NOT allowed to use any program or any kind of moulds.
2. Make you're OWN design (pretty obvius)
3. Have fun, and do you're best :)

Deadline : 5th of may

Here's an example I made equipped with the new SuperLowQualitySystem (SLQS) :)

crappy_sticker.jpg

Heh, seems like we have both the same crappy webcam. *lol*
Anyways, I've got tons of stickers placed all over Munich and some other cities. Just not a single pic on this comp, so I made one quick on a little sheet of paper. Stick with it! *lol*

The best thing about it, is, when people see you placing stickers or posters somewhere, they think you are just some kind of guerilla commercial guy, who is doing his job. *rofl*
Some people even come over to you and ask what kind of commercial this is, then I tell them it is for a café which is about to open in some weeks. XDD

contest sounds interesting, but you need to look at the posting guidelines for this forum...

2 words....STEP BACK! lol...this is one of my areas of expertise.....

@F. Zamataki: Wow! Great job, I wish I could do something like that. (Adobe Illustrator, right?) Though, it looks way too 123klan-ish in my opinion. I'm missing your individual style in it. Okay, the pink color is there, but ... I don't know, man. But you sure know what I'm talkin' about.

I'm almost positive that Zamataki used PS or Illustrator for that piece, but I could be wrong. I'll post mine, casue I've been tagging for bout 4 years.

yeah i used photoshop for that. upon discovering 123k a few years back i attempted emulating their style. however, i do have my own distinguished style. more "tribal" with "mechanical" touches. kinda like a flower with razor blade petals.....come to think of it....i used to have a 123k-ish style before....they just sparked me into using those arrows and words and numbers....
and zoxxy,, cmon man, in the new age its all about graphic imaging......i just dont think that my work should be crappily portrayed by my ****ty webcam. ill make another peice for this comp...my own style.;)

F.Zamataki, whaddya think, I could come up with, when digital art would have been allowed? *lol*
Anyways, your style sounds interesting, I always try to keep it as simple as possible, as you can see on my little sketch thingie. As you may know, Munich's the only German city which has its own graffity special agency thing. If you wanna bomb places/trains/whatever, which can be seen good in public, then you gotta be quicker than in other cities. But that's the thrill about it. *lol* You know how it is.

I've got something I did in study hall today. It isn't that great, but I'll scan it tomorrow.

One question though. If we hand draw it, can we use Photoshop (or some other image editor) to color it?

Thats what I was originally going for!

By the way, what type of markers do you use? Any specific brand/type?

Crayola baby:cool: . Now remeber, you want them to be at room temperature and you want the tip to be slightly rounded off. Also, make sure you put them back in the little yellow box according to the picture on the front of the box.
