Hacked cars in GT5???

Has anyone noticed the trend of hacked cars in gt5?
I have heard of alot of rumours about them online and these racers
Tend to be doing drag races
Some cars that i heard of:

-red bull X1 100,000 bhp

-GTR R35 7000bhp

-Corvette ZR1 8700bhp

-Civic 3000bhp

-karts 400bhp

-etc...(if you know any others)

If you guys know how to get such cars, pls comment
Kinda intimidated haha. Wanna get afew to try out thx
