How are people doing it? I see people with slammed cars that have stance and the wheels are flush. How do they get those cars hacked like that and how can I do it? It is just not the same making a stance car on gt5 all the hacked ones look way better, plz help.

Because, as has been said already, its against the AUP of this site. Now why don't you just go and try GOOGLE. You'll find everything you need to know there. Just takes a little effort on your part.
