Yes, you clearly read the artile. Hamilton didn't get disqualified for passing Trulli and then letting him back in, he got disqualified because he lied to the stewards about what happened. He didn't tell them McLaren instructed him to let the Toyota through, so it looked like Trulli retook his position when he had no cause to.

Why not? He lied to the stewards. For all we know, he did it to try and pick up an extra position. If anything is worthy of disqualification, that is.
