Not sure if the right board, if it is then please move.

Hi, Here I will show you my ways of editing Gran Turismo 6 or 5 pictures.
I'm not perfect in it but I know a lot of basics that will let you improve a lot.
So let's start with an easy one, I will judge the difficulty by adding stars * to the title. It will go from 1 star as the easiest and 5 stars as the hardest. Let's get started.

How to add rain to the picture: *
Special thanks to @Stopforpetrol for the picture from the "Realistic Pictures" Thread.
    Original: [IMG]
    Step 1:
Open the picture you want in photoshop.
    Step 2:
    Create a new Layer.
    Step 3:
Paint the whole layer black using the Paint Bucket Tool (You can select it by pressing "G")
And add the Noise effect Filter.
    Step 4:
Add some noise effect for the picture and select the Screen layer style.

    Step 5:
After selecting Screen you must go into filers and use Motion Blur, as much as you want, You can see I did it already. And you must set the Level tone. (Ctrl + L) And play around with it and see the best result you get.

No problem, It's a great picture with the perfect angle for rain.
The only thing that would be needed to make the picture better is add a bit of a Blue hue to it, to make it look like it was really a bad weather.
    Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks this will help me improve as well.
If anybody else has more of tutorials or tips then post them here or post a link so I can make a picture tutorial and explain everything in more detail! Proper credit will be given to people who created the tutorials and tips and I will just make a shortened and simplified version of it.
There will be more tutorials coming in the next few days!
