Riiiight.;) I seriously thought about asking him to ride it, but after he brought it home I knew not to even waste my breath. That fugger is just plain bad - especially with that Screamin Eagle stage 2 performance package(or whatever it is that it has) with bigger bored motor, heads/cam/etc. We've looked it over several times, and can't even find the smallest little dings, nicks, or even a scratch. Everytime I go to the garage I look at it for a few seconds. He hasn't even put 50 miles on it since he's had it.

I've got to quit now before I go on, and on, and on...;)

How the hell does Gillette know how old I am?:odd: I didn't question the Selective Service paper because it's sent out by... you know... the government, but this is sent by some shaving company.

 Sweet! Well I hope your not complaining... Maybe Dell or Alienware caught wind of your birthday as well... :)

So no luck on the bike, eh? Such a shame to have such a sweet machine just sitting there. I honestly think they were designed to be ridin, long and hard. :)

Anyhow, do you feel any different being of legal age for so many things, but not quite legal enough for everything?

I got the same thing when I turned 18. I had that razor until the mach 3 came out. Now I own an oringal Mach 3, Mach 3 blue, and Mach 3 turbo. Damn good advertising. ;)

They are running commericals for the select service on local radio stations. They make it sound like a good thing, saying like "it will allow to get student and government loans, plus allowing you to continue to work." At the end of the commerical, they say "besides its the law." I am like, well, do I really have a choice. Oh I think the main solgan is "be a man." I just find it funny.

Anyways! HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOSH!!!! 👍

Have a friken' good one Josh, and many more to come you asshat! :D

They sure work in weird ways.. my sister got a pack of beef jerky from Marbaralo (how the hell do you spell that?) on one of her recent birthdays, and she doesn't even smoke.

It probably won't just sit there forever. He's an AA pilot, and pilot for the reserves, so he's not home much. Once he's home more, and feels comfortable on it I'm sure he'll rack on a few more miles. I doubt he'll become comfortable for a long time, though, as the thing cost about as much as an SRT-4/WRX/Evo VIII.:irked: He's actually looking for another bike(some kind of Honda/BMW sport tourer) that he can ride to work everyday, and just use the Harley as a weekend bike. He wants something he can leave parked at the Air Force Base, or airport, without worrying someone's going to mess with it.

Anyhoo... I feel the same. Still feel like the young punk kid I am.:p I always told my parents on my 18th I'd go buy porn, cigarettes, and go to a strip club. I didn't do any of that, though.

I didn't get too many gifts. Definitely no hookers, or whores.:banghead: I got a leather motorcycle riding jacket, kevlar gloves, a full face helmet, money, clothes, and a trip to Europe. My Dad knows I've been wanting to go back ever since I went for a 2 week class trip in the 7th grade(I believe it was 7th), but I probably won't take him up on it. I would rather just have him spend that money on my mom when they get back together.

Thanks again, everyone. And, happy birthday Raptor.;) The 7th was my brother's birthday.

That'd be Marlboro. Don't ask me how I know that, probably from studying Ferrari F1 cars..

Well, anyways, have a good one Josh! I'll forever be in debt for when you gave me Photoshop that one time.
