EDIT: Maybe I'll close it till tomorrow then. :grumpy:

I made it early. Also I might not be here on the 4th. What's wrong with that?

*Goes off to make a birthday thread so no one forgets*

I do find it ironic that a thread for an American holiday is started a day before it actually happens in America.

I do find it ironic that a thread for an American holiday is started a day before it actually happens in America, and MADE by an american.

HAPPY 4th of July, America! USA! USA! USA!

Remember to enjoy your freedoms today, while you still have some, by shooting off some guns, fireworks and blasting some Rock N' Roll.

Happy Independence Day to my homies, and a happy Fourth of July to everyone.

But his money is American.

Anyway, the bombs are bursting and the rockets are glaring. But I still think it's quite a bit different when you know those sounds you hear are coming from a real battle that's not too far from your home. It's never even crossed my mind all these years that it could be an attack or whatnot. There's a lot of people around the world who never get a good night's sleep because of what's going on outside. But I'm sitting here smiling about it.

Still to this day I can't think of any time where an enemy nation has actually stepped foot on our 50 states since 1781. All they've managed is running into our stuff with airplanes. I hope they're never able to come up with anything better than that.

My god, you guys won't believe the haze outside right now. It seems the whole county went a little bonkers with the fireworks as there have been no restrictions because of all the heavy rain. It poured right before everyone went out to set them off, so all of the smoke has bound to the moisture in the air. You can see the beams of light from all the headlamps and streetlights outside. It's pretty trippy. Visibility is only about 3/4 of a block distance.
