That means Happy Chinese New Year, in the Chinese language. Well, there's no such thing as 'chinese language', since it branches out to many other dialects, it mainly depends on the locals. There are many Chinese dialects like Hokkien, Mandarin and more.

The Chinese follow the moon calendar, so that's why the date of the new year is always changing compared to the one we use everyday. Last year, I think the Chinese New Year was around the 2nd week of February ...

I attended my first Chinese New Year festival on the 18th. It was one of the most amazing experiences I've ever been through. The dragon dance impressed me to no end, and the guys doing it were really friendly. I'll definitely be back next year.

Gong Xi Fa Cai=Mandarin(the official language in china now)
Gong Hei Fatt Choy=cantonese(used in hong kong)
San Lin Fai Lok=Also cantonese.
Keong He Fatt Chai=hokkien
