1. Realistic vehicle prices

This version has more realistic prices for all vehicles, now they depend not only on model, but on paintjob too. Meaning - it's now more difficult to distinguish a new vehicle from a second-hand or stolen one.

Now the centre of RiverValley is accessible to the player (concrete blocks near the warehouse are removed), and you'll find a secret gas station number 34, and an abandoned railway, which wasn't available in the vanilla...
