Hardlocked and unplayable after 1.08

Can someone direct me to an official bug report page/contact of Polyphony Digital? I can't seem to find one.
After the update my game is hardlocked and I need help.
I can only access the cafe, the used car dealership and my garage. Everything else is closed. So i can not play at all right now (except for musical rally).
My cars are still in the garage, but my credits and even my collectors level are reset.
 
Either try contacting them through their Twitter or Facebook, or just try the Sony customer support. Otherwise, there are no other ways to contact Polyphony.

No sorry. I asked them if they could provide me anything, but they never responded…
Maybe because it’s non existent idk
 
Have you tried shutting down, disconnecting from power for a few minutes, reconnecting and restarting your console?
 
Sounds like the issue people were having in 1.05

My advice is to delete game save from console. (this supposedly fixed it in 1.05)

Ironically, this is what started my problems initially.
