To a lot of us, he is the comedy heavyweight best known as Egon Spengler. Ghostbusters is one of my favourite films and he's written and been involved with a whole host of classics like Groundhog Day, Caddshack and Animal House.

It's just occured to me, this is sad to me, because it's Egon... I also like films like Stripes, Caddyshack and Groundhog day, so I do respect Ramis for that also.. but it just occured to me that, I'm really really going to be upset when Bill Murray eventually goes... because he's also been the face of alot of Ramis's work.
